We are JDS Law.

JDS Law is open for business and ready to serve you! Jenny Shin, with more than 20 years’ experience as a California employment lawyer and estate planning attorney, launched JDS Law to help clients elevate their businesses and protect their legacies by planning for the future and preventing problems before they arise. We are Temecula Valley’s only employer-only employment law practice. We stay on top of complex California labor laws to help clients stay ahead of legal trouble. But if trouble shows up, we can help with that, too.

We also serve individuals and families who are seeking estate planning, probate litigation, or trust administration services. If you need an updated estate plan, help putting your refinanced home back into your living trust, or this is your first estate plan, we can help.

With a proactive and tech-forward approach that sets JDS Law apart from other law firms, we offer our clients alternatives to receive legal services on their terms. Whether it’s collaborating on documents through our secure client portal, self-scheduling appointments, online payment options, transparent pricing, or meeting in-person at our office or theirs, JDS Law focuses on our clients first.

The vision for JDS Law, Inc. is embodied in our Mission Statement:
